Purchasing Process |
It's as easy as one, two, three to purchase our
accommodation modules.
1. Making your purchase
Talk to one of our product managers, sales agents or state managers
and discuss your needs. They will supply you with a detailed quote -
often on the same day.
Your product manager, sales agent or state manager will keep in
contact with you. When you are happy with your choice of building,
purchase paperwork will be sent to you by email, fax or post. A
colour selection brochure will also be included if needed.
You are able to pay a deposit by either:
- Bpay
- Direct deposit
- Cheque
- Credit card
If you are paying by Bpay, direct deposit or credit card you can fax
the purchase paperwork and
the deposit receipt information to our Purchasing Division on fax 07

2. Delivery
Your complete module will be delivered via your nearest shipping
port.
REMEMBER: Your product manager, agent or sales manager can quote you
an accurate delivery price and they are there to help so give them a
call.
Where are you?
We might need you to fill out a mud map directing us on how to get
to your site.
Please indicate clearly your property location and any specific
delivery instructions.
We will need you to include:
contact phone numbers
distance from nearest town (km) and name of town
distance from nearest highway (km) and name of highway
map references.

If using

found to the right of your map.
3. Customer Service
Once you've completed your purchase paperwork and paid your deposit
(10% initial deposit or your full 50% deposit to commence
manufacturing) your job will be allocated a customer service
manager.
They will be in touch with you and organize for your complete
engineering plans to be sent to you. This allows you to organize
Council approval and/or organize your footings or slab prior to
delivery of your new building.
You'll also receive a list of builders in your area along with a
construction manual and plans
if you wish to build it yourself.
You'll receive your tax invoice for your balance of deposit (if not
already paid) and your final payments. Please pay these on time to
ensure your building is manufactured on time.
The customer service team will advise you of delivery dates. They
are there with you every step of the way.
